Ticking off one of the things in my bucket list

  When I used to watch Bollywood movies I always had a dream of applying Mehendi onto my hands. Mehendi is a temporary skin decoration, created from the powdered dry leaves of the Henna Plant. It is a popular art among the women of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and the Maldives.  And that dream came true when I finally got the chance to go to India. And there I got the chance to apply Mehendi onto my hands. And I was truly happy to have it applied to my hands. The person who applies the Mehendi in Hindi is known as Mehendi Waala.

                                              Mehendi Waala can apply it within a short period of time (like 5-6 minutes). They are very fast at their job of applying it.
