 Dutch Fort , Negombo

I live in Negombo. It is the North capital of Colombo. Also, Negombo is a beautiful tourist town located in the coastal area. The Dutch Fort which was used in the 17th century is now used as a prison. And it has a large population with a clear majority Roman Catholics. St.Mary's church in Negombo is one of the most beautiful church in terms of architectural designs.

Negombo is known for its long sandy beaches and fishing industry.  

            I have been living in Negombo for about 22 years. I went to Ave Maria Convent which is a leading school in Negombo. It is my privilege to be settled in Negombo.
